    Went to this location and Ian looked up all of the items I needed for an oil change and a tune up for my 2013 Honda civic. He went and grabbed everything without hesitation. He went above and beyond with his customer service!!!

    My wife never listens to me so when the Jetski wouldn’t start, she said the battery’s dead. so I took the battery out and she was all ready to go down to buy a new one. I said I don’t have a tester but make sure you test the battery first… But my wife doesn’t listen to me. So she went to AutoZone here in Cape Coral met with a employee named Bob Y. She told him she needed a new battery and Bob said well did you test this one? She said no my husband said the same thing. Bob tested it and there was nothing wrong with the battery. It just needed to be charged correctly. Bob not only tested the battery but told her to leave it and he would charge it correctly for her which she did. So thanks to Bob Y. The only thing I had to do was put the same battery back into the jet ski and it started and runs fine. Did I mention my wife uses my credit card? So Bob not only perform great customer service but also saved me the cost of a new battery. thanks Bob. PS can you mention to my wife the next time you see her that she should’ve listened to her husband.
