  Outstanding Customer Service – Logan at AutoZone (Burt Store Rd, Cape Coral) I had an exceptional experience with Logan at the AutoZone off Burt Store Road in Cape Coral. I purchased oil and a filter last week and unfortunately misplaced my receipt. When I called the store, Logan handled the situation with absolute professionalism from the first moment on the phone. He didn’t just brush it off or give me a generic answer — he took the time to carefully track down the transaction in their system and provided me with a copy of the receipt without hesitation. That level of diligence, attention to detail, and willingness to help is rare these days. Logan represents what true customer service should look like: professional, solution-oriented, and respectful of a customer’s time. AutoZone is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. He absolutely deserves recognition. Highly recommend this location.

  Logan at this location is absolutely outstanding!!! He was super helpful with helping me replace my battery. All the other stores were lackluster in even listening to my questions. This guy is friendly and honest. Thank you Logan for not only doing your job but going above and beyond!!!
