He actually took the bulb out and double checked to make sure it was the right replacement part before selling it to me. He then installed it for me. He was courteous and took care of The issue100%. This was store 2506 on Skyline Boulevard in Cape Coral, The staff is always so nice and always so helpful! I would recommend a store to anyone
