It was pouring down rain and my windshield wipers were shot, I Could barely drive. I came over here to AutoZone on skyline and Aiden helped me out and put my windshield wipers on for me with no questions asked. He did a great job, very polite kid and seems to know what he’s talking about. AutoZone is very lucky to have a staff member like Aiden. Good job buddy!

Yesterday bought from this store location a rear wiper for my 22 Mitsubishi outlander sport se also got the fronts but the rear is what the issue is i installed everything yesterday when I got home all fit fine this morning I go to use the rear wiper and it gets stuck as soon as it points straight because it broke or something a long metal piece sticking up that got caught literally first time I use it it breaks or came faulty I don't know but I had tossed my packaging and receipt ASSUMING everything works and is correct not sure of the employees' names but the older one with glasses even looked up everything yesterday when checking which ones even went out to the car to check the back so after work today I go back to try to return it or even if I just buy another one since I tossed everything but had the faulty part with me nobody's able to help told to come back to talk to the manager what's the issue I was given a faulty part and one employee today was surprised I was given that part because he said with certain cars and inventory we don't have the right ones so apparently they just sell people whatever part even if it's wrong and when there's an issue they act all dumbfounded and no solution just told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager to make the final call what's the point it's obvious faulty equipment it's the part I was given this location has definitely lost my business I'll be looking elsewhere

I had the nicest most helpful person help me, Mr. Pacheco was very polite, friendly and respectfull. He answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed.
He replaced my wideshield wipers, check my fluids, brake and coolant. He put a gallon of coolant in my car, recommended a wax for my car and ordered rear wiper, not in stock. The wpier blade came in next day morning. He called to let me know it had arrived.
I have beem to the Auto Zone on Skyline many times and I have always had a very nice person to help me. Mr. Pacheco was an exceptional help and I really hope this company appreciates him. People like him should be valued, they are far in between. I will definitely return for anything that I may need for my car to Auto Zone.
