  Pacheco was super helpful. I go to this store all of the time and he’s hands down the best guy I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. There was a discrepancy in the purchases list where the part I was returning was not on the list. He went into the system and took extra time to find it so that we could get my refund for the part. Made my next job I was heading to much easier!

  Went in today because my car battery was bad. I was in a bit of a rush so thought i would have to rush home to replace my battery. While completing the purchase, Carlos offered to replace it. He replaced it in no time and had me up and going. Very respectful, amazing customer service. Auto zone has to be greatful to have someone like carlos representing them!

  I was attended by Ron. He was very helpful, respectful and pleasant to deal with. He suggested items I might need, like a cabin filter, which I did purchase. He quickly gathered everything I needed and I was in and out and ready to go on with my day, a satisfied customer. Thank you Ron, at Auto Zone.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about customer service. Pacheco really goes above and beyond, and it definitely made my visit stand out. Highly recommend stopping by if you need help—he’s the best!
