  I went in needing a battery and changed quick before work. Jimmy P was at the register and got me the battery and helped me change it in time. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I appreciate his help and will recommend others to go to him for help with there vehicle

  They saved me buying a new battery from the roadside service wanted me to buy. They swapped my battery out. Logan was outstanding and very knowledgeable

  Let me start by saying that Ian at Burnt Store Auto Zone is amazing!!!! My husband had a car emergency when he was about an hour away from home visiting his brother after our nephew had passed away when three of his bolts on his tire snapped and he lost the lug nuts making his car undrivable. He called me at 8:50pm to let me know. I called AutoZone to see if they had lug nuts to replace the ones that he lost. Mind you they close at 9pm and I live at least 5 minutes away. Needless to say I made it there at 2 minutes to 9:00 and they were actually waiting at the door for me and already had the parts pulled that I needed with a couple of other things just in case (which I am able to return if I didn't need them). I was able to get to my husband, fix the problem and get home by midnight!!!! Thanks for being so caring and knowledable Ian!!!!!
