  Hey, I wanna give you guys a real thanks for ruining our entire vacation. You gave us a vehicle with low tire pressure. I had to fill it up five different times and I have all the pictures of all the different gas stations. We stopped at we missed out on two of our tours and we also missed our flight back to San Diego. You’ll be hearing from our lawyers soon. I guarantee you you put us in an unsafe condition and didn’t rectify it you sent us to Boca Raton to get a vehicle based on what your agent stated and then when we got there, there was no vehicle and we had to continue driving with low tire pressure. You put us in an unsafe condition and breach the complete contract. I’ll give you a total of the consequential and incidental damages to follow. I also want a wholeheartedly thank you for making me put air in the tires in a unsafe neighborhood and area where I could’ve had personal injury you put us through so much emotional distress. You haven’t heard the end of this one. I’ll tell you that much right now and your customer service is horrible.
