Most people don’t use cash for gas and rarely carry it anymore. Also why can’t you keep your damn card reader working and why are all the gas pump (chip) and tap not working on all the machines.

I was told I had to pay only in cash because of a small paper notice on the door that I honestly did not see. Important information like this should be placed clearly outside where customers can notice it before entering. As a loyal customer for over three years, I was very disappointed. Other customers and I had to wait in line at the ATM to get cash, which was extremely inconvenient. I always pay for my food and fuel, and I have never had any issue with payment before. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your store. The least I expect is some form of compensation (such as a voucher or coupon) for the embarrassment and inconvenience I went through.
