I was told I had to pay only in cash because of a small paper notice on the door that I honestly did not see. Important information like this should be placed clearly outside where customers can notice it before entering. As a loyal customer for over three years, I was very disappointed. Other customers and I had to wait in line at the ATM to get cash, which was extremely inconvenient. I always pay for my food and fuel, and I have never had any issue with payment before. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your store. The least I expect is some form of compensation (such as a voucher or coupon) for the embarrassment and inconvenience I went through.
