When I picked up the car, the agent pushed an upgrade and told me it would be $90 total with no additional charges. I agreed — big mistake. I returned the car after 1 day and 5 hours, fully refueled at the gas station right next to the rental location. After drop-off, I received an “adjusted” rental agreement charging me for 5 extra hours on top of the 2 days I already paid for, plus a ridiculous $110 refueling fee even though I had just filled the tank myself. The final bill came out to $442 for a 1-day rental. Completely outrageous. I called customer support and the representative was shockingly rude. When I offered to show proof on my credit card statement that I purchased gas, he literally said, “you paid only that much,” as if that justified anything. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. This place is not in the car-rental business — they’re in the scamming business. This is the last time I will ever use Enterprise. Save yourself the headache, money, and disrespect. Run the other way.
