I would rate it lower if possible. Forgive me as I should’ve called customer service a lot sooner but figured I’d allow the store to mend the issue. I have been executive elite for years now. Needed a car for a single day. I decided to redeem one of my rental credits for that. I picked up the car on Monday and returned on Tuesday which is an after hours return since they are closed on that day. On Wednesday I realized I was charged almost $400 which is pretty far from the free charge I should’ve received. So I called cause I understand things happen. “Charles” lets me know it will be refunded and all is good. Several days later no charge is reflected so I call again am told it was addressed and that a manager will reach out (never does).
Several days later again I call back and still nothing with the same a “manger will call you”. To no surprise the manager doesn’t so I call today and get him on the line (his name is Tyler). He has 0 understanding of the situation says that I should just dispute it, argues that there is nothing he can do to help the situation and that if I the customer figure it out to let HIM know. What a joke of a manager and apparently he is the “HIGHEST” manager there. I’m assuming they were desperate for the position.
Anyways contacted national directly where they immediately and I mean immediately saw the mistake apologized, mended the situation and said they have 0 understanding why “Tyler” the manager couldn’t solve this. They literally labeled it as a SKILL ISSUE.
Tyler if you see this I think you should go back to washing the cars for Enterprise/National and let someone competent do the “managing” there.

Rented a vehicle at Port Canaveral on Monday morning. I had a reservation and confirmation, even had a rental agreement before we got there. Terrible experience, no car available, told to sit and wait, over an hour later a manager saw us and asked if we needed help....they completely forgot we were still waiting on our vehicle. No walk around the car with an employee, no documentation or verification of damage, no explanation of vehicle features and/or how to use them, unable to get the trunk open for 10 minutes, discovery of 2 unused tampons in the trunk. An hour into our drive got caught in a downpour only to discover the windshield wipers were broken. Missed our ride in Miami because we were an hour late leaving, thanks to not having a car available...unable to reach a human being at Enterprise on the phone after 5/6pm to discuss everything and find a solution to our missing our ride. I'm almost 56. Been renting with Enterprise on/off since I was 22 or 23. This is the only bad experience ever, but it really put a damper on our trip and experience with them.

Enterprise went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle and get me home. I had an upgrade from what I originally requested with a price adjustment that satisfied me, 100% so thankful for the people in Florida who took care of me and my family.
