- TBTimothy BrownFeb 23, 20261.0Reserved a car rental for my time in port from a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Followed the directions noted on the reservation to find the shuttle to the rental car location. The shuttle was no where to be found with the exception of a single sign that I was told by multiple workers at the port was incorrect. Attempted to call the location and only received a recording that also provided the same incorrect information on the shuttle. My family was very disappointed and upset that their shore excursion was being ruined by terrible customer service and false information. Luckily a local transportation company was able to deliver us to NASA space center but we lost hours of time there trying to figure this mess out. Enterprise and National customer service were also not helpful as they seemed to only be able to use the same method to reach out to the location

Both experiences were fast, the workers were pleasant and respectful. I have only praises for the service from both representatives. I also really appreciate the return process being expedited as I was worried it would take long and impact our return flight. Ill be happy to use enterprise again anytime!

Mr. Mike, the manager, was especially wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were in a hurry to catch our cruise, and he personally made sure a shuttle was ready for us right away. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
- KNK NFeb 9, 20265.0I rented from National car rental through Expedia. We’ve normally rented from Avis in the past but safe to say we will now be loyal to this location. Best staff. Best location. Super close to the cruise terminals. Shout out to Charles for working a miracle for us when we needed a larger vehicle!! My kids were super happy with a minivan and now they keep asking me to buy one at home
