At this point there are 50 people in the urine smelling waiting room that are in front of us waiting for cars they reserved. Our travel companions, who were on Hertz, started their vacation hours ago as we wait for our car to arrive. Choose wisely.

The person who helped me with my booking (I believe her name was Lily) ensured that I received an upgraded car that would fit all my luggage despite me mistakenly booking a car ahead of time that wasn't big enough. She realized this before me mentioning it to her and also did not charge me extra for the upgrade. Thanks for the great service!
- AOAlan ObiwalaDec 12, 20254.0Pre booked online and collected the car (VW Jetta automatic) for 2 of us without any hassle from port carnival (shuttle service from cruise port with cases to the rental depot was 10 mins and free!). Rented car for 4 days and returned it to Orlando international airport instead of returning it to port canavral (excess of 50 dollars paid for this privilege). Again no hassle with the return (NB. You start with a full tank of fuel, so ensure you finish with a full tank of fuel). We would use Alamo again.
