However, one employee’s personal hygiene made the experience really uncomfortable. The body odor was extremely strong and noticeable from several feet away, to the point where it was hard to stay at the counter. Customer service isn’t just about knowledge and speed—basic cleanliness matters too, especially in a retail environment. I hope management addresses this, because it takes away from what could otherwise be a solid store.

I arrived a bit after that time, at 7:45, but found the doors still locked and no one answering the phone. It’s really inconvenient to rely on posted hours that aren’t being followed. Young kid in camo jacket answered the phone right in the middle of helping me at the counter for a headlight and said what part it was and proceeded to talk on the phone and never said that he expected me to go find it in the aisles (which I never had to do before and didn't when I left here and went to auto zone instead in case that's management's excuse), only had me standing in front of him in awe as he continues to talk on the phone and only when I said ubruptly finish taking care of me then he told me to go get it... I run a business and this is a sure way to lose it. I will not be back, that's why competition is always a good thing. Don't settle for less with these companies as long as you have a choice and a voice.
