  I took my 2006 F250 in there that I had just bought and it would not start. They told me that I needed a new injector earrings and then call me on the phone and told me that is good to go ahead and do the other side while we’re In the motor for preventative maintenance well I take my truck away from there get down the road a month later my truck won’t start again. Call them up. They don’t want a warranty anything they tell me that it’s gonna cost money for them to diagnose the problem I thought that was just awful considering they said I had a warranty when I left there. I took my truck to another place. They have never replaced any of my earrings that they said that they replaced or my dummy plugs. They over tightened and stripped four of my bolts in my motor lost several parts of my motor that weren’t on the truck I asked them to do a pool complete check out of the truck and make sure there was no other problems with the truck and pacifically said that I think my front passenger ball joint was going bad. They told me that the ball joint was fine and that they test drove a truck. There’s no problems with the truck whatsoever. It should be a good truck. It’s gonna last a long time. Well, the ball joint went bad not even a week driving it after I left there. Oh my valve cover gaskets were shot leaking cooling out. They didn’t tighten the bolts back in my heads or my valve covers the mechanic shop that I took it to took my valve covers off by hand without even using a socket or a ratchet multiple issues that he said with that work that they did they said that it was the most shotty work they have ever seen. All this guy Jeff does is sit there answering the phone tells you how is their second nature it’s like putting on pants and then I’m working on Diesel’s but yet whenever you call him up and tell him that you have a warranty problem he gets all Mad on the phone and tells you that you’re gonna have to pay for them to diagnose your truck again after you just paid them to diagnose it when it should be a warranty problem when they should diagnose it for free and make sure that the work that they did was correct obviously the Mechanic so they have working there incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing because if he would’ve been know when he was doing, he would’ve seen that my valve cover gaskets were also bad inside the motor when he was in there at the engine leak cooling everywhere. I have multiple oil leaks that I needed to get fixed. The ball joint was bad when he tested over it all my tire rods need to be replaced because they’re shot. My steering wheel has plate in it. The shocks are bad on the front of it, but they said everything was fine. It’s a good truck. Nothing wrong with it at all gonna last a long time this place is a joke. They don’t want to refund anything for you. I want my money back from them and they won’t give it back so I will take it to a lawyer for them and we’ll see how they like it because all they’ve done is sit around and rip people off and rip people off and take their money and that’s not how America should be as a customer and as all the other customers are we work hard for what we have and we should be honored whenever they get a chance to work on one of our trucks and should treat it with as much respect as possible, but yet they have no respect for anybody as a disgrace to America the way that this place is ran I would recommend never taking anything to these people. I wouldn’t let them work on my son‘s Tonka truck. They’re worthless People and shouldn’t even be allowed to change oil

  Way way way way way overpriced! Got quoted 1200 for a 500 dollar job. Terrible ownership, rude and there’s no way I’d ever take my truck here.

  If you are having problems with your diesel vehicle, these guys are the best in Northeast Florida. They are very professional and know what they are doing. If you want to save some money, let them take care of your problems. They blessed me by fixing my 2005 Ram 2500 Cummins for a very fair price. I won't be having anyone else work on my truck.
