  Do not recommend going here, my truck got damaged and scratched, I did not notice it till I got home. When going thru it was very very violent YES I WAS IN NEUTRAL, there is no window cleaner, and the only towels are expensive paper towels that also scratch your paint. My truck was far from clean in very obvious areas.

  So I’m only part time in Florida… The vacuums seem like they have lost suction, no more car mat rinsing and the car wash itself doesn’t seem to be doing a good job

  Didn’t think much of the place, pass it often, and have memberships to 2 other local spots already… stopped here because i was in a rush and late for something. I had many issues, and my personal ones were clouding my ability to even drive my Alpina B7 correctly onto the ramp as I’ve done a thousands of times without issue at car washes. But because of the kind, helpful and non-judgmental (lol) professionalism and courtesy of the staff here, I’ve signed up for the best membership you can get. Will, to be specific, at the location on Mariner BLVD, went well out of his way to show me how to properly use the mat washing machine, made sure my car was up to my standard of clean that I expect, and I even saw him going above and beyond with other customers as I cleaned my car- helping someone who had an issue with his vehicle and someone else who had incorrectly used the mat washing machine (in which he promptly grabbed tools and got it back running). Places like this are overlooked for how helpful and much-needed people are, but this place has earned my business and the 3 other memberships I signed my family up for. Thanks will and thanks to everyone at this location. Keep up the great work.

  I just wanted to write this to say thank you to Tony, he was very welcoming and enjoyable. Tony came up to me after my wash to give me some complimentary rags and lanyard but he also made a point to make me laugh, to that I am very appreciative. Thank you Tony and I hope everyone has the opportunity to have the same experience!

  I am filing a complaint regarding repeated vehicle damage I believe was caused by Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Brooksville, FL. When I first moved to Florida, I used this car wash after signing up for their promotional free month. I brought my 2025 Honda Odyssey through the wash. At the time, I did not immediately inspect or dry the vehicle due to being in a rush. Upon arriving at my destination, I noticed a large scratch on the vehicle. I was unsure whether the damage occurred at the car wash or elsewhere. I returned to the same car wash on a separate occasion and, after the wash, noticed additional scuffing on the opposite side of the vehicle. At that point, I stopped using the facility but did not file a claim. Recently, after purchasing a new 2026 Toyota Corolla, I decided to give the car wash another chance, thinking the previous damage may not have been caused there. Due to my prior experience, I recorded a video of my vehicle immediately before entering the wash tunnel to document its condition. After exiting the wash, I observed a fresh scratch on the vehicle that was not present prior to entering. I provided this video evidence to the business; however, they denied responsibility, stating there was no proof. Based on multiple incidents involving two separate vehicles, I believe there may be an issue with the car wash equipment, specifically the tire shining rollers or similar components, causing damage to vehicles. I am requesting that the business take responsibility for the damage and cover the cost of repairs. I also believe this issue should be investigated to prevent further damage to other customers’ vehicles.
