  My husband had a stone that hit his windshield and left a large crack. I called my insurance company and they set up the entire repair with Safelight. They called immediately and set up date and time. I had multiple texts when the date was, if any problems what number to call etc. The tech called before arrival time worked so quietly you didn't even know he was here. Gave great instructions on after care replacement. This company was awesome and won't use anybody else

  If I could give them a half a star, I would. This company installed a windshield in my vehicle and did a horrible job and the caulk they used is smeared all over the drivers side of the windshield and trying to get them to make it right is like pulling teeth. As a business owner, I understand how crucial it is to treat customers with respect and guarantee the work. Their customer service is non existent.

  Within 2 weeks we suffered two windshield chips on two different vehicles that were insured by two different insurance companies. Safellite was able to coordinate the Windshieldrepairs of both vehicles in a timely manner. The tech Mark was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He contacted us ahead of time to give notice of his arrival time.

  Showed up the first visit with the wrong auto glass. Inconvienent, but i get it accidents happen. Tech was awesome, said he would tell the office its the wrong glass and that they need additional help since the windshield is large. Tech told me the office would reach out to reschedule. 2 days later never heard from anyone so i call in explain what happened customer service said someone would reach out when glass arrives. 3 days later, still nothing i happen to check my email and realize they have me scheduled to have my glass replaced at an address that doesnt belong to me. I call in spoke to Brittany went over that the glass was wrong she re confirmed vin number and changed the appointment so a mobile tech would come out. Day of, tech calls, I ask him if he has the correct glass he says yep we are good to go. He arrives hours later with guess what, THE WRONG GLASS. The truck has been down for going on 2 weeks with still no answer.

  Dave from safelite came to replace the windshield on my miata today and it looks horrible. There is a gap between the molding and the car, the cowl no longer fits properly, and there are large globs of rubber adhesive showing on the inside of the car to include some that got on my dashboard and has now smeared. Ive read online horror stories about safelite and now I see what others were complaining about. As of now I advise everyone to stay away if you care about your car. UPDATE: I had to reschedule to get my window fixed a week out from when Dave messed it up (which is fine as they explained to me that thr adhesive had to settle). But then, on the day of my appointment, while I was already halfway through the drive to Springhill I get a call from them telling me that my replacement window didnt arrive and that they have to reschedule my reschedule. They had a week to get my new window in yet they couldn't and once again they waste my time. At minimum that's twice im having to call out of work on top of getting gas when gas is now expensive. What a waste of my time, this safelite is a joke.
