- BCBianca ColeFeb 15, 20261.0Just had a pretty rough experience here, the cone with the enter sign is knocked down and unable to be seen when you’re pulling in so I almost went into the car wash exit at first. then when I went through the car wash the green light at the end is completely broken and facing the wrong way, so that was useless and to put the cherry on top after vacuuming out my car the best I could with vacuums that weren’t seeming to suck hard at all, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, so probably won’t come back to another Tommy’s because of this.

On a recent trip there I had a concern that our vehicle had been damaged. I noticed it when I started drying it off. I immediately went in and explained my concern with Jeff. He was extremely helpful and offered to pull up the camera footage immediately. It did show that we pulled into the wash with the damaged already there which meant it actually happened at the only other place we went to that morning. Again we were grateful to Jeff for his immediate assistance in this matter. We truly enjoy our membership with Tommy Express.
