- TLTina LouiseNov 15, 20251.0I would give zero stars for the Brooksville location! Our appointment was supposed to be between 12 and 4 on Saturday. My husband and I waited all day and the tech Alex never showed up. When Safelite customer service finally reached him and the tech finally called us he had gotten lost and ran into problems at his current customers house. He said I can't make it today you will have to call and reschedule. So now we have to wait another week to get our wind shield replaced. The customer service agent tried to reach the manager two separate times at 4:30 pm on Sat and no one picked up at the Brooksville location to address our frustration. Communication is the key to good customer service. This tech and his manager need training to contact customers in situations like this. So we are not wasting our entire Saturday waiting on a tech that never showed up or even calls that he is running behind. This review might have gone a lot differently if someone had just reached out.
