  Had a Chip repaired on my new Bronco Big Bend this week . Can’t even tell it was ever chipped. Very professional and fast service unfortunately I can’t say the same about scheduling my appointment. The number I called directed me to an online web site to schedule my appointment .

  In my history of scheduling appointments, this is the first time that the tech arrived BEFORE our scheduled "window"! Jeff was amazing, very fast and professional, friendly too.. this was a great experience for an early Monday morning.

  Alex, the Technician, had great customer service skills and did a great job on my windshield and cleaned all the glass that was on my dashboard if my vehicle. All of my contact with the Safelite office was great as well. I would recommend Safelite to anyone and I would utilize their services again.

  The Safelite technician who repaired my windshield was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely professional, very polite, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions. He explained the repair process, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. Before leaving, he ensured I was fully satisfied with the work and that I had no remaining concerns. He truly represented Safelite in a top-notch manner and delivered excellent customer service.

  This is for the satellite auto glass in brooksville FL. Unfortunately this is the second time I have used satellite and both experiences were subpar at best. The first time the tech left greasy hand prints on the inside of my car without cleaning up also he left out 2 clips on the inside grill that he removed to access the windshield. the second and most recent time I asked if I could just pay the difference between the aftermarket glass and OEM glass I was quoted a price difference of $547. After I agreed to just use the after market glass I looked up the price of a OEM windshield and found out that it is $547. Also I was told by an employee that aftermarket and OEM are exactly the same which is a lie. The OEM glass is made to stricter standards. I researched this also. When I went to pick up my car the dash cam was just left in the cup holder and I was told that I had to wait 5 days to put it up. there is no reason to wait to secure a dash can=m to new glass they were just to lazy to do it. when I pointed out that they left out to fasteners on the plastic grill removed for access I was told that they were previously missing. I could see the fresh marks that they were just removed and not been missing for a long time. When I confronted the rep from satellite about this he called me a liar and that he believed his tech over me even though I pointed out that they were just recently removed. I will never use satellite again
