- EEed5 days ago3.0Mike’s Auto Body sits comfortably in that magical middle ground between “wow” and “what happened,” otherwise known as ehhhhhh. The work wasn’t bad… it just wasn’t great. If I had an insurance claim and wasn’t paying out of pocket, sure, I’d probably use them again. But for something like a full repaint or detailed bodywork on my own dime? Absolutely not. When I picked up the car, there were a handful of paint imperfections that were very much there, yet the guy helping me tried to convince me I was imagining them. I didn’t realize gaslighting came complimentary with the service. This is my second underwhelming experience — the first was years ago on my own car, and today just confirmed the pattern. Friendly staff, clean office, easy to reach on the phone… all solid. But the actual work? Just okay. Not terrible, not impressive, just aggressively average. Three stars for being polite and functional, but I won’t be trusting them with my Mustang’s repaint anytime soon.

I worked with the Unibody Collision Specialist John Wright and he was great to work with. They took care of dealing with the at fault driver’s insurance company when repairs were more than what was given. They got my car back to me in a timely manner considering it was the holidays. My car looks great! Highly recommend!

Such a garbage place and this is a corprate reservation... this thenscond time at this location first time was even worse. I thought that,.u know give them benefit of doubt but nope even worse the second time..never again i will drive to brooksville office.
