  Had two tires and alignment done. They screwed up alignment, steering wheel was cocked left , brought it back , same thing , had to leave to burry my father and return home to FL only for this old man behind the counter to tell me they are not going to fix the alignment or the fact they scratched a 200$ wheel and said to bad !! This place has nothing but piss poor customer service support and terrible workmanship that they don’t even stand behind. Stay clear away from this place I’ll never be back

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and diagnostics performed at this Goodyear! I have been a customer for many years and have noticed a decline in the level of expertise and services that are provided at this shop. Today, I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of a slow engine startup and a tire that was consistently losing tire pressure. I received a phone call that my car was ready for pickup. When asked about the slow startup, I was told that my battery reading was good they couldn't determine the issue. I asked whether the alternator, starter, or anything else had been checked...they hadn't looked at anything else. Why, as a customer, am I having to ask you to test other possibilities when that should be part of simple diagnostics performed? Especially when THAT IS why I brought the car in to begin with! I don't want to wait until part failure to determine the cause. Miss Ashley had to ask the tech to check those components and again, they still do not know the cause. When I asked about my tire pressure, I was told that it was low...That is stating the obvious as one would expect to hear since that was my original complaint! The tire is consistently losing pressure. I was told that the tech balanced my tires and saw no issue with air loss at that time. Again, I had to request for the bead to be checked and cleaned. There is CLEARLY an issue with this tire that it continually loses tire pressure! Miss Ashley was frustrated with me because I asked for the tech to do what I would consider a standard diagnostic practice at Goodyear. This was an incredible waste of my time! Based on previous experience with this shop, I knew that higher level mechanic repairs had to be done at the Goodyear in Spring Hill (recommendation received by the Brooksville service tech). Since I only needed basic diagnostics, I brought my vehicle to the Brooksville shop simply due to convenience and I am regretting that decision. Due to my experience today coupled with the obvious service limitations, I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to this shop. There is zero expertise outside of purchase and installation of new tires. Good luck to anyone that chooses to rely on this shop for anything more than that.
