  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and diagnostics performed at this Goodyear! I have been a customer for many years and have noticed a decline in the level of expertise and services that are provided at this shop. Today, I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of a slow engine startup and a tire that was consistently losing tire pressure. I received a phone call that my car was ready for pickup. When asked about the slow startup, I was told that my battery reading was good they couldn't determine the issue. I asked whether the alternator, starter, or anything else had been checked...they hadn't looked at anything else. Why, as a customer, am I having to ask you to test other possibilities when that should be part of simple diagnostics performed? Especially when THAT IS why I brought the car in to begin with! I don't want to wait until part failure to determine the cause. Miss Ashley had to ask the tech to check those components and again, they still do not know the cause. When I asked about my tire pressure, I was told that it was low...That is stating the obvious as one would expect to hear since that was my original complaint! The tire is consistently losing pressure. I was told that the tech balanced my tires and saw no issue with air loss at that time. Again, I had to request for the bead to be checked and cleaned. There is CLEARLY an issue with this tire that it continually loses tire pressure! Miss Ashley was frustrated with me because I asked for the tech to do what I would consider a standard diagnostic practice at Goodyear. This was an incredible waste of my time! Based on previous experience with this shop, I knew that higher level mechanic repairs had to be done at the Goodyear in Spring Hill (recommendation received by the Brooksville service tech). Since I only needed basic diagnostics, I brought my vehicle to the Brooksville shop simply due to convenience and I am regretting that decision. Due to my experience today coupled with the obvious service limitations, I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to this shop. There is zero expertise outside of purchase and installation of new tires. Good luck to anyone that chooses to rely on this shop for anything more than that.

  I am extremely frustrated with the service I received at Goodyear. I discussed a tire repair appointment with them for first thing in the morning on Saturday, November 1, 2025, dropping my car off at 7:30 AM. Despite the appointment, I was still waiting at 10:30 AM. The lengthy delay was addressed with repeated apologies and excuses from Miss Ashley, who, while seemingly nice, couldn't solve the core problem of the wait time. The situation became even more frustrating after I paid what felt like an exorbitant amount of money for the service. This morning, I discovered that the tire repair they performed was ineffective, as the tire is low again. We have now discussed that I can no longer rely on the work done and cannot risk the daily worry of a flat tire. Though I used to love this particular Goodyear location, the failure of the repair and the amount of time wasted mean I will likely never return. Now, I have the added frustration and cost of having to take my car elsewhere to get the tire fixed properly.

  The staff at Good Year were friendly and took care of my 1995 Toyota Camry XLE. It had an alignment problem. They took care of it. Excellent work...Thanks Steve

  Great service provided by amazing people. Terminal ends were loose, fixed them in no time. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys!

  Philip was so friendly he helped me get my tires where they needed to be. After I tried to fill them at a gas station who had the hose cut . The air came out my tires instead of going in making low tires worse but Philip was so friendly and helped turn my not so good day around! I’d give them more than 5 stars for helping to uplift my day!!! I told you I would leave a review yesterday sorry I’m a day Late but you definitely deserved one. I’m not sure if you could tell it’s me Kim, but I hope you have an amazing day and🙏pray you get a raise For your great hospitality 😊
