  Nice when you call to ask your local branch a simple question and they hang up on you without saying a word.. (Update 10/8/25) Well, I eventually spoke with a helpful gentlemen at this location last week about a truck rental. Today I called the truck rental office to ask 1 more question and set up the rental. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to hang up and call back a bit later. Round 2, 20 minutes, no answer.. I tried again and waited a few minutes, no answer. So I tried the car rental office, I spoke with a nice lady for a few min she put me on hold for 10 minutes, then the line hung up. So I called back again, new lady who tells me there is no after hours drop off at the truck location, which is the exact opposite of what I was told by the nice gentlemen earlier. So, that was the end of that conversation. I was just on hold again for 13 minutes trying to reach the truck office, and I was hung up on again.. This is one of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever had.. Like seriously, what in the hell man? Edit 10/15 Eventually I was able to reach Ethan again, the gentleman I initially spoke with, and everything was perfect after that, I have his card now so I know who to call. I would change it to 5 stars based on his service, buy you all seriously need to fix the phone system transfer to the truck office there, That was extremely irritating and wasted at least two hours of my day, lost in the transfer loop and random hang ups by your phone system..
