Very kind and considerate and work with you regarding drop off and pickup which is very much appreciated. I arrived late one Tues and all they had was a subcompact to rent. I am 6'3" and was not pleased. In short order they produced an suv which I could be comfortable in and rate was marginally higher. Kudos to the Brooksville team for going above and beyond for me.
