    I am extremely disappointed with the service at this AutoZone. My mom went in to get her check engine light scanned, something AutoZone advertises as a free service. Instead of helping her, the clerk told her the manager was in the restroom and that she would have to wait 20–30 minutes. When my mom said she was willing to wait, the clerk rudely told her to “just leave and go to O’Reilly’s.” I called the manager directly, and his response was unbelievable. He said he couldn’t do anything because he was in the restroom and couldn’t “validate” what happened. When I suggested he check the cameras, he admitted there were no cameras in the store—then added that if he had cameras, he wouldn’t “have half the problems at the front desk.” That in itself is a huge red flag for customer safety and accountability. The whole situation is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I highly recommend others take their business elsewhere.     I came to visit my son and Brooksville from Orlando. On my way going home. I realize that my headlight was out. I stopped at the closest AutoZone, where Connar Was so gracious and not only replaced the one lightbulb, but replaced the second one as well. At no extra charge. He was so nice such a gentleman and lighthearted. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at AutoZone. Blessed to be a blessing.
