My car’s power outlet blew a fuse, and my phone was dying—so I desperately needed help to find the right fuse. I asked the staff if they could help identify the correct fuse for my 2014 Honda Odyssey, but they said they didn’t know and couldn’t even look it up for me. When I asked if they could Google it or check somehow, they refused. I was left to search on my own with a dying phone and two crying, soaking wet children inside. No one offered to send someone out to help or try to assist me beyond pointing me to the shelves. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, showing zero empathy for my situation as a mom in distress. Thankfully, I eventually found the right fuse myself, fixed the problem, and continued our trip. But AutoZone’s lack of care and unwillingness to help when it really mattered was frustrating and disappointing. They could have made a small effort that would have meant a lot. I won’t be returning.
