- MDMary Downs5 days ago1.0Needed rtv silicone delivered as our auto is down, when we originally bought the gasket the day before we asked the associate if we would need the rtv, he said no not for this part, once my husband got the car apart he found out we needed the rtv, we had it delivered charged an $8.99 delivery fee, to find out the silicone was rock hard, they wouldn't send a new one, ad we would need to bring the original to them, if we could do that we wouldn't have spent the money on delivery, advanced auto is not the same from years ago Received response from company, pretty much they aren't doing anything for us, they could at least give us store credit for the cost of the item and our delivery fee, but the customer's no longer matter as they figure if you don't shop them someone else will

- GSGalina SJul 19, 20255.0I only shop at this location, and I love the employees. I bought oil filters several times, and each time, the employee verified that the oil filter was for my car. When I bring oil to recycle, there is always an employee to assist. I purchased windshield washer fluid at this location and got a better deal than Costco and Walmart. The staff is helpful and values customers. The store is clean, has plenty of parking, and is easily accessible.
