I showed up today, and this awesome young lady named Cheyenne was my first point of contact, and she had a shiny personality. Friendly, informative, and knowledgeable in her craft as the first point of contact. Spoke with the manager just to let him know that she is really awesome and he should give her a raise!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and they just lost a good customer. I’m canceling my membership and my wife’s as well. Crazy that this has been going on for years. I’m a simple person and never said anything until today. I was just cleaning up what they always miss. I always have to grab the vacuum to clean up areas they missed. This time the manager got upset that I said something, and I had to remind him that if they cleaned it properly, I wouldn’t have to do it myself. I had to ask them to clean the windows, the back seat, and the cup holders this time and honestly every time. I canceled my membership today and the manager didn’t seem to care and even welcomed the cancellation even though the issue was their lack of quality service. Don’t go here. Another location is even closing due to poor performance which says a lot.
