  Brandon at the Lithia Pinecrest location helped me out tremendously today. After getting a puncture on my tire on I4, I stopped in to another tire store today only to get told it can’t be patched and the only tire I needed was $300. I said I’ll shop around and headed to Mavis after my entire family recommended them. Brandon communicated the entire time, and lo and behold they were able to patch the puncture and not need a complete new tire. Now I’m telling everyone I know this is the only place you need to come to in the future. Thank you Brandon and thanks Mavis for making the day much better for me.

  If I could give ten stars I would, Marc and the whole team at this shop not only got my necessary repairs done in a day (less than three hours ) but they also treated me with dignity and decency. Despite not qualifying for the credit card to get the repairs done, they went above and beyond to meet me where I needed and helped me make sure this work could be completed. Marc is such a lovely person with a deep passion for cars, most if not all questions you could ask he can answer and explain in a way that is accessible for everyone wanting to knownmore about their vehicles. They are a lovely team and I 100% will be working with them in the future for some tires!

  I recently visited the good folks at Mavis tire. I initially spoke with Drew via landline and explained my dilemma I was having with a wheel hub. I needed to behave the hub pressed onto the arm assembly. He stayed they could do it and gave me a fair price. When I was able to get the part and removed the assembly a few days later, I went in. Mark helped me and was aware of my situation. He called me back a short time later to pick up my part. He was honest with me and informed them that on this particular part the hub was bolted on and no pressing was needed. His honesty saved me some money. I thank you gentlemen for being honest and professional with the public you serve. I will use this location for any future mechanical services I should need, as well as referring family and friends to them. Again, thank you. A satisfied customer. Brian T.

  Marc at the Brandon location truly set the standard for what exceptional service should look like. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to take care of both my boyfriend and me, ensuring we felt informed, confident, and genuinely valued throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his communication and follow-through. Marc stayed connected every step of the way, making sure nothing fell through the cracks and that we always knew exactly what to expect. That level of attentiveness is rare. Beyond that, his professionalism, kindness, and deep knowledge of his craft were evident in every interaction. You can tell he takes real pride in both his work and the experience he creates for customers. We couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome or more appreciative of how he showed up for us. Mavis is incredibly fortunate to have Marc representing their brand.

  I just left Mavis Discount Tire on 841 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Brandon, FL 33511 I bought 2 new tires there 2 days ago. With alignment spent 500.00. Also spent 1,000 at The same store for my other car a few months ago. The car has felt weird driving ever since the tires were installed. Today the one tire literally blew out. Obviously mounted incorrectly. Well the front end guy Ozzie was a total moron and told me I didn’t buy the warranty so it’s my problem even though it was obvious what happened. The service manger Andrew, would not even come out to talk to me. Great customs service there Mavis. Employees in the back apologized for the terrible arrive I received. YOU’RE DEAD TO ME MAVIS!! And this is not over. I called corporate and the Regional manager is supposed to call me. We will see. UPDATE>>. Thanks to corp and regional manager we came to a negotiated solution that was acceptable to all, which is all I wanted. Mark the manager of the store and the service manager who I believe was Terry, and who was thrown under the bus initially, both we very kind and apologetic.....thanks to all for a solution. Upgraded this to 4 stars as the original issue still should have never happened.....
