The tech told me he could sign me up for just ONE month to see if I like it. He said there was no need to cancel because it wasn't a membership. So I thought that was a decent deal so I agreed. That first wash cost me losing one of my wiper blades which they said they do not cover. Fine, I replaced it on my own. I did not go back afraid I would lose more blades. Fast-forward two months later, Im looking over my credit card statements and I see they had charged me a monthly membership two additional months. I called and explained my side. They told me they could NOT GIVE ME ANY REFUNDS! I told them this was not fair since I have been charged a total of 3 months without me signing up for a membership and only used it once with a damage to my car! I was so upset! They reluctantly gave me a refund for only one month. I will never be back. I am now with Tidal Wave Car wash across the street! So far so good with them.
