Have been going to this Mavis now for more than a year for my tires and a other standard service items and the other day I found a rip in the sidewall of one of my tires, but it had not gone flat yet and I called them right up 20 minutes before closing, and on a Friday, and Marc and his team got me in ASAP! Didn’t even hesitate. They really saved me in a pinch. Ozzie got me a great price on a similar tire to my current set and Marc and his team got me knocked out in like 15 min. Thanks again for helping me out a pinch! I’ll be back again for sure!!
- BPBen Perry2 days ago5.0Great experience here at this Mavis. Front of house including the manager Marc are knowledgeable and polite. I came in with a TPMS light on and ended up needing 4 tpms sensors as the car had been neglected for a while which I was aware of. The place was very busy (on a Saturday) so I do recommend making an appointment and allotting time for service. Technicians did a great job with the repair and test drive ensured the light went off. Prices were fair for the quality of work done. Would recommend this location to anyone.

They charged me for new ceramic pads & rotors less than 800 miles ago, went back after installation bc it was braking B4 touching the brakes... Of course they said everything was fine, jus drive it more. Now calibers are locked up & their claiming I need new brake pads, new rotors again; & new calibers. They also claim parts are difficult to find for my American veh, yet we've found parts very easily & less than half the price Mavis charges. This company takes no accountability for their sabotage & people deserve better than this. I truly regret bringing my vehicle here for them to service. Don't bring any vehicle here unless you want more vehicle damage & additional unresolved problems.

- AHAngel Antonio Pupo HechavarríaDec 11, 20251.0Muy mal trabajo llevé mi Camry 2023 ha instalar los 4 neumáticos nuevos al rato me llamaron que habían terminado y solo habían puesto dos de ellos ahí me hicieron esperar un rato más conducí hasta mi casa que está a una milla al otro día cuando pasé mi carro de la 60 millas se quería desarmar de tanto que vibraba los llamé y me dijeron que era mal balanceo y les dije pero si yo pagué por eso. Fui a otra llantera y el problema era que se había doblado una llanta como arte de magia fui al dealer y pagué 750 dólar por una llanta más la mano de obra. Cuando fui a reclamarles por el mal trabajo me trataron mal y me dijeron que ya el carro estaba así que ellos no respondían por eso y digo pero si el carro nunca se le habían cambiado las gomas desde que salió del concesionario solo ellos lo habían trabajado. Si la llanta hubiera estado defectuosa que yo estoy seguro que no que algún trabajador de ellos la dañó porque la dejó caer profesionalmente tenían que haberme informado pues es mi vida la que estaba en riesgo. No los recomiendo para nada muy mal trabajo y muy mal trato si quieren hacer un buen servicio profesional no vayan a esta sucursal en específico cuiden sus inversiones y más importante aún su vida en la carretera.
