They are thorough and give a diagnosis print out of all the things they found that need to be addressed. I come in to have my front passenger side tire looked at because I had a screw in it. I got that fixed and they checked out my car and let me know some other things need to be addressed. It was time to put new tires on my car. Like most people I am on a budget. They recommended to replace the other three tires so I told them I would be back and I did. This time it was for the front right side tire. They put it on and they said they found more things that needed to be addressed also. I asked them to please give me a printed copy of all the stuff I need to fix. I have had so bad experience with mechanics and I don't trust people anymore to work on my car. I had my personal mechanic put new sturts on my Honda Civic and a cv axles that was on there print out. I came back for them to do an alignment. They did and found more things to fix. I said thank you I will have my mechanic take care of those things. There attitude change this time it took longest time to do. When I got home I noticed my right front hub cap was put on wrong I couldn't put air in my tire and had my mechanic said that I to go back and have alignment done again I was not happy at all. I went back again and spoke to Frank the assistant manager and showed him the print out I got from Firestone. He was pretty upset that it wasn't done right and that I didn't get there print out of the original alignment so I came back and got it done right this time and he reassured that when I come back that this would not happen again. Thank you again Frank you were great..

They are always upfront and honest, no frills and they don’t waste your time trying to upsell you on products you don’t need. This experience was no different. Marc and the crew let me know what needed to be done and they got it done in a hurry on a very busy day. They honored the appointment time which is rare nowadays, and I was able to get back on the road. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they walked me through everything that was done and everything that needed to be done going forward, which wasn’t much of anything. I had taken my Subaru into the dealership for an oil change and asked for an inspection. When the servicer was done looking at my car he handed me an estimate with a list of repairs needed for my car totaling 8 GRAND. My car is over ten years old so I thought I would have to buy a new car. After I refused these services the dealership began leaving me messages attempting to sell me a new car. I took my car to Mavis for a second opinion and Mark and Frank looked over the list that the Subaru dealership had quoted me and found that they were completely trying to scam me. There was nothing wrong with my car except for one small part of the wheel. They were able to fix this part for only $800…compared to $8000 that the dealership was attempting to charge me. I am so grateful that the employees at this Mavis location run their business with integrity. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
