They flushed out my brake system which was needed and talked me through it all step by step. Very polite, and even funny as they liked my truck and complimented it. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube over those other “fast” oil change spots, and especially this location off 60 in Brandon for their profesional staff. They even shook my hand. Great crew and I’ll be back again!

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation on 10/17/25. Today is 10/31/25, I’ve noticed that my car was making a weird noise as well as it was vibrating. I’m here at a dealership and they’re the ones that informed me of the wheel not being properly tightened up. I drive this car daily and at times with my children. Not happy that something as simple as verifying a tire was properly rotated and tightened up was not done. I also have a lug nut that’s warped. Unfortunately, I can’t prove that it was you guys that did it but I’m almost sure it happened here. Not happy with the fact that this could’ve been a horrible accident waiting to happen. Just spoke with the manager Tate. Let him know about the situation and he went ahead and let me know that they would take care of us during our next visit. While I wasn’t happy finding out about the tire, him trying to find a resolution to the situation is something that is certainly appreciated. Thank you trying to correct the matter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He explained that I most likely needed a new transmission, but was willing to help with a transmission flush. I was hoping the flush would be enough, but unfortunately he was correct and I needed a new transmission. But he was very kind and did a great job on the service. I greatly appreciated the honesty.
