Nathan advised my husband it was his starter NOT THE BATTERY so my husband bought the starter and had someone put it in . Replacement was complete and car still would not turn on . My husband went back to the store and the store’s 2 jumpboxes were not working to do a diagnostic test. Ultimately it was the battery . They could not fix the situation and still no battery .
