Terrible experience and zero transparency.
They never told us the cost before starting the service—no estimate, no approval—just started working and handed us a bill afterward.
We also sat there for over 30 minutes while they serviced vehicles that came in AFTER us, with no communication or explanation.
The biggest issue is the lack of actual service. I stayed in the vehicle the entire time and personally observed what was (and wasn’t) done. They did NOT check tire pressures, did NOT add washer fluid, and did NOT check any air filters—despite marking these items as completed on the invoice.
Immediately after leaving, the dash still showed “Washer Fluid Low – Add Fluid,” and the vehicle also showed “Replace Engine Air Filter Soon.” That lines up exactly with what I observed—they never touched those items.
They also listed tire pressure as checked at 35 PSI, even though the vehicle calls for 40 PSI, further confirming it wasn’t actually done.
To make matters worse, the invoice says “ENGINE OIL LEAK NOTED,” but no one mentioned this to us in person. That’s something that should absolutely be communicated directly, not buried on paperwork.
They also claimed our battery only has 47% life left—even though it was replaced 6 months ago and tested at 100% just 2 months ago by another shop. That seriously calls into question the accuracy of their inspection.
Overall, this felt rushed, incomplete, and misleading. When you’re marking items as done that clearly were not, that’s a major trust issue. We will not be returning.
