  If I could give a zero I would I went on March 5 around 130 got the works car wash I just brought a car 2 days prior to that day n I thought it would be nice to give my car a first time car wash. But while I look at the car it actually didn't do a thing and on top of it it started to lift the paint to my new car.i let Dem kno n the staff they told me there's nothing they can do that they will have their manager call me back over the weekend to take care of it but I still haven't received nothing this is ridiculous n I'm very upset bout my new car

  I used to be a member at a local wash down the road and decided to try Tommys out the nice young lady name Sandra told me about the 30 day free trial that comes with the $27 works wash and I had to take her up on that deal!! She was very explanatory making sure she didn’t leave out a single detail. I went to use the mat washers and had some questions a sweet guy named Marvin came up to me and helped explain how to work it there was also jazz who helped me with paper towels letting me know that if you pull to hard they do get stuck!! Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. I enjoy knowing that not only is my car clean but I will always be able to get help without an attitude. I love the tire gloss function and the pretty leds that come with rainbow and red hot. I sure do love my ride!!

  I’m a member at Tommy’s express and frequently come to the Bradenton location I always will remember this wash not only because the brushes are easy on your vehicle but also because of their customer service!! Mark has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect for me!! I’ve been Mark work so hard are this location!! Sandra the girl at the window is always the sweetest always has a smile and a cheerful attitude!! She’s so polite and helpful always making sure she 100% knows the right answer before giving the response. Glenn always makes sure this location is clean I always see him dumping the trash cans making sure every guest has enough room in the cans to put their trash. He also answers any questions I have out there. Love this location Tommys needs more employees with a can do attitude like them!!
