  I recently had all four tires replaced at this location. Less than 24 hours later, one of the tires completely failed while I was driving on the highway and fully separated from the wheel. This created an extremely dangerous situation and resulted in visible damage to my vehicle. Following the incident, no assistance was offered for towing or any type of roadside support, which was very concerning given the severity of what occurred. I was initially told that the damage to my vehicle would be fully repaired. However, the only actions taken were replacing the tire and repairing a bracket. My fender remains visibly damaged, and the repair was not completed as expected. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns regarding both workmanship and customer service. Situations involving safety should be handled with a much higher level of accountability.

  I will never use Tire Choice again. They have incompetent men working at the desk and few of the men working on the cars speak english. On March 12, I went to Tire Choice as I had a screw in my Tire. I was told I needed a new tire as the screw was on the side of the tire and could not be patched. The man at the counter said he would order a new tire and it would arrive the morning of March 13. They kept tire with screw for security. Man did not ask for a deposit. On March 13 I arrived there around 5pm. I said I was there to have a new tire installed that had been ordered for me. The man at the desk who was different than the man there yesterday could find no record of a tire being ordered. He asked if I had made a deposit. I said I wasn't asked to. Because they did not have tire, I quickly called Nissan dealer and made an appointment for a new tire install. I couldn't get an appointment until March 14. What would have been so easy, was made extremely difficult. If the tire had been ordered as it should have, all I would have had to do was stop at Tire Choice on Friday. Have the tire installed in 5 minutes and head home for a nice weekend. Because it was not, I had to waste my Saturday morning at the Nissan dealer. Then Tire Choice disposed of my tire they said they were holding for deposit. Without having the tire with the screw I had to pay for the tire. To have the warranty cover the cost of the tire I needed evidence that the tire had a screw. Thanks for nothing Tire Choice.

  Made an appointment for my wife to get some tires installed + alignment. They told us to come at 11. She dropped the car off and they told her it will be done at 1 or 1:30. We call at 1 to check on things and they said they can’t promise it will be done today at all, even if we waited until 5pm, and their technicians are busy… “they can’t work on two cars at once”. So, why did I make an appointment? She needed the car the next morning for work. We decided to take it somewhere else. Bad service overall and the guy at the front desk had a bad attitude. If you hate your job… just quit buddy.
