  Jason might be a great mechanic, but I wouldn’t know bc he’s a terrible businessman. I found Russo marine on google and called 3 weeks ago to get the jetski I had just bought serviced. Buying something used I wanted to get it looked over by a professional. Jason answered right away and said absolutely bring it in and I’ll have it done in a few days. I dropped it off the next day. One week later no update from Jason. When I called I got a very short nope haven’t looked at it yet. Ok things happen, I would’ve appreciated an update but as a business owner I get it, things happen. Wait another week, today, I called twice between 9-11am, no answer. Called 3 more times before getting him to pick up! “Nope haven’t been looked at yet” when I asked for a timeline I was told you I call too much and should probably come pick it. Jason, I didn’t force you to take on the work; next time, if you can’t handle the work, don’t accept it.

  Just recently had my new Yamaha Jetboat get its 10 hour service completed at Russo's Marine. I was on a time crunch and Jason fit me into his schedule in a timely manner and communicated very well regarding my appointment. The price quoted was more than competitive and the personable time he took with me from the initial phone call, drop-off, and pickup is what separates a smaller company compared to the larger corporate from where I purchased my boat new. He values your business and it reflects regarding his professionalism he provides along with knowledge as well. Highly recommend any marine services you may needs here, he has earned my business from here in out.

  Outstanding service from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the repair faster than they projected. Great communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend!!
