  The guy that rented me the van and did the paperwork work was awesome but he had a co worker that was ignorant somewhat racist and a liar...he took a bogus picture of the gas tank in a truck on the lot and said I still owe money for gas..and I know I filled it back up..to prove him wrong I didn't even drive a truck it was a van so low could he say I owed money to hom when he took a picture of a truck gas meter and n I t the van...I was pressed for time and had to be back to work plus they were still holding my.. 150dollar deposit and I Had no time for the drama so I went and put 11 dollars in the van and came back g ot my receipt and left the got my deposit back on my card in 3days...God bless

  Got a moving truck and car trailer that moved us from Florida to Missouri without a single hitch. Truck drives good, trailer rides well. A lot of our trip was through hills and curves and our whole trip felt fluid. Better rates than the competitors as well!

  Not a good experience. Made the reservation a month in advance for a panel van. On the day of pick up was told they didn’t have any panel vans and gave us a box truck which was way bigger than we needed. We only needed the truck for the day confirmed they would be open until 5pm before leaving. Before returning the truck we filled the tank spent $30 for that fuel. We got back at 4:04pm and the place was closed, gates to the parking lot locked. We left the truck in the assigned location at the end of the lot and put the keys in the drop box. This morning at 7:11am I received an email indicating that I would be charged $50 for 5 gallons of gas. I called this morning to inquire and was told that the truck was not full and the $50 charge would hold. Very bad business. I feel ripped off. I returned the truck at 4:04pm - almost an hour before their posted 5:00pm closing time - if there was any indication that the tank was 5 gallons short at that time I could have gone back to the gas station - which by the was was the 7-11 on Cortez about 2 miles away from this Penske location - to top it off for way less than $10 per gallon. It’s a bummer to feel so tipped off. 🙁
