  What’s the point of making an appointment if the car is going to just sit there for 4 hrs?! Update: It was 5.5 hrs with no updates, no real apology, nothing. Car sat there in the parking lot for 4 hrs and it took 1.5 hrs of work. People with no appointments had their issues addressed before I did. Also the tire sensor light is still on. Previously I thought it was just a one time thing when my wife had to wait there for 2.5 hrs for an appointment for something minor. If you have time to waste and have no responsibilities, get your car serviced here. Poor workflow.

  I went because my car did not start overnight I thought I needed new battery for $400 but they test the battery and told me I didn't need it. I appreciated the honesty for once and I would definitely recommend going to that place. honesty is the number one whem it comes to fixing your 🚘 automobile

  I don’t understand how I went to two different mavis stores and got two completely different experiences. The fruitville one did amazingly well. But the pope rd one is terrible. I made an appointment at 9am and they didn’t put my wife’s car up until 3pm. The manager did say that they running a bit late but only 20 minutes late. When they decided to the changed the tire they put on a more expensive tire on instead of the one I asked for, they did this without any communication no phone or any anything. They didn’t even put the tire on right and me and my wife had to go to another mavis to get it fixed. Not to mention this Mavis FORGOT TO PUT ON LUGNUT on the tire. The manager was dismissive about any issues I had at the point of service. I will never come back here and I would tell everyone else to go to another Mavis or go Christian brothers which is 1 minute away.

  I came in for a tire patch, and the service was quick and efficient from start to finish. Manny was especially kind and professional—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to point out issues with my shocks, but instead of trying to upsell me, they honestly recommended I go to the dealership. I really appreciated their transparency and integrity—highly recommended and excellent customer service!

  These people are wonderful! I pulled in yesterday just as they closed with a very low tire. They immediately aired it up and saw a screw stuck in the tire. Said come back this morning and they’d handle it and they did! They were sooo great to this senior citizen! Thanks to Jerry and Courtney! Everyone will be happy with this business and employees!!!
