Without them getting us in, having an employee use his truck to find us a tire, my family never would have made it to the airport on time! I can’t say enough wonderful things about their service and employees. They have a customer for life!

Got my Lexus ES tire replaced here, first they tried to charge more than what they said and then after less than 2 weeks I had to pay to get my tire replaced AGAIN. Went to another location where I was given a very different service model and the mechanic confirmed there was one lug nut missing from the installation. Just pure shame on this location.

- SGSteve GMar 14, 20261.0Oil changed 2-10-26. Today 3/14, on the highway my check oil light came on and I was very low on oil. We stopped by (after hours) 545pm to the same location the oil change was done on 6008 Lakewood Ranch Blvd in Bradenton. All of the bay doors were still open, a mechanic was still working in the garage and the front door was not locked. We went inside and spoke to a female employee who immediately said "we're closed". I politely told her we had our oil change done 2/10 and our oil light was on. I asked if we could just top off the oil. She immediately said I don't have anyone to help you (even though a male employee was in the garage). I offed to just do it myself and she said " no the oil comes in boxes and she couldn't do anything to help". I understand the store was closed, but with all the bay doors open and "no one there to help" and immediately saying "we're closed " she did not portray your company providing any type of customer service. Next time, lock the front door, shut the bay doors and do your closing stuff so you don't have to deal with people. I probably won't be going back to your location for service and will also be letting others know how you treat people. Hopefully the store manager will see this review.

I moved here 11 months ago the first car I got I had damage to it and no other tire place would fix it for me and I came here and they fixed it for me same thing happened today I just got a car about a month ago it was sitting for a while so the tires were old and I didn't know what was wrong because I couldn't find a leak so I brought it to them and they found what no other tire place could find that I had to screw loose and it was leaking air and they took care of me like they always do I will forever be coming to this place as long as I live in Florida
