- EMEmery Miller5 days ago5.0I want to think Kenneth and his team at this Mavis location For their expertise , advise & Standing by their work. Other shops were not able to Diagnose and repair why my vehicle was overheating. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for their integrity and backing their work. Grateful for you As the majority of us are not mechanics And rely on your expertise, knowledge and advice.
- ABAmanda BirardApr 3, 20261.0Took our truck in because the tire pressure light wouldn’t go off and though we couldn’t visibly see a nail we figured there was probably one in there. We dropped off the night before and that went smoothly. Around 930 the next morning I called to check the status and they advised there was a large nail that it was now patched and ready for pick up… which they should have called to let us know what was wrong before going ahead and fixing the issue. When I picked it up, I told the guy I had a Chevy Silverado and he kept asking numerous times if it was a Honda accord because apparently they put the wrong plate number on our ticket. Next, I get in the truck to drive home and the pressure was at 49PSI when all 3 other tires were at 37/38 where they should be. Ed the incompetent manager told me “their gauge is probably wrong” and there is nothing they can do to make it better. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place as the overfill could have blown our tire and caused more issues.
- TTtam82469Apr 1, 20265.0I was blessed by the gentlemen at this location today!! I hit a piece of debris on the highway which pulled my shield for the undercarriage down tearing the holes. I stopped by Mavis and the man at the counter understood my plight and took me right in. They removed the shield for me and didn’t charge me a thing!! I was so shocked and happy! This is how to treat a customer!! Thank you gentleman so very much!!

- SBScott BallantyneMar 21, 20265.0I had a flat tire from a puncture and I called a couple other places and nobody had the time or wanted to really do it I then found Mavis they had great reviews so I drove in there even without asking I went up to the counter and Ken help me promptly with a smile and was courteous and said yeah he could do that and I said could you get it done today I said no problem gave me my keys they took it in Brian worked on it he was fast professional got it done in no time and it was a great experience I'll come from now on instead of going somewhere else when I need anything done with my vehicle
