  I worked with Mark Gray buying my 2024 Wrangler Unlimited and am very thankful he was my salesperson. Super easy to talk to, no pressure, and knows his jeeps . Every question I threw at him, he had the answer. What really stood out though was the extra effort. He didn’t just hand me the keys and disappear. He made sure I was good getting my new Jeep home and helped me with the vehicle I showed up in. That kind of follow-through is rare. Bottom line, Mark’s exactly what you want in a salesperson. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I appreciate everything he did. If you get the chance to work with him, do it.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from the pre-owned lot and had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Jones. If you’re looking for a car buying experience that is actually low-stress and transparent, Jeremy is your guy. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Jeremy was professional and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and directed me toward options that actually fit my needs and budget, rather than just trying to move the most expensive unit on the lot or trying to get me into something i did not want or cared for. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. If you’re heading to the pre-owned lot, save yourself some time and ask for Jeremy. You won't regret it hes the man.

  I went there to look at some cars, I had an appointment and Logan Shawn took care of us, we was really polite and helpful, the problem was when the sales manager Jef schwartz came up to us in a disrespectful way and asked if we spoke “any English” so he could help us.. after the interaction he said again in a very poor Spanish “adios” which we thought it was disrespectful and kind of racist. We loved the car he saw but because of this we didn’t take it…

  I had a great experience at Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! Jeremy Jones and Gary Brown were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made everything feel easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. The car buying process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  Doing business with Jeremy and Geo at Firkins C,J, D used car department was a very pleasant experience. They answered questions and walked us through the process pleasantly. My wife and I found a MINI Cooper S on their website and used the Carfax to discuss issues we wanted to address when we went to look at it. The car looked like it was in relatively good condition with a very low tire. we took it for a test drive and the car did not indicate the tire was low so we just assumed it was the way it was parked, (it had leaves on the parking spot). Pleased with our test drive our next major concern was that it was not a flood vehicle. When asked if they could put it in the air for inspection, they allowed us to check for rust and oil leaks. We found no leaks, no rust. And we purchased the car. Again I can’t say enough about my sales people. So we drove home to Spring Hill, Fl 70ish miles away. The next morning going to visit family the car’s computer indicated that the driver’s rear tire was low but I could proceed at a lower speed. (My wife was driving 80 on I-275) 2 minutes later the computer said low pressure find a safe place because tire is not safe to drive on.(FYI, tires are run flats.) We were able to limp the car to tire kingdom and they removed the tire and called me for inspection. The gentleman explained, the run flat previously had a nail in it and it had removed and instead of putting on a different tire on for safety it was just aired up and due to riding the tire it started to separate. The guy from tire kingdom did not have the tire needed for the car so we had to arrange for a tow to MINI Cooper Wesley Chapel. Now keep in mind this has all happened in less than 24 hours from buying and less than 100 mile driving. Upon inspection at MINI Cooper tire kingdom was correct in saying tire was unsafe and separating. Another tire was under mfg minimum tread wear and needed to be replaced, and the other two were barely above minimal tread wear. So With the removal of that nail on a tire that is not fixable, to having poor tread on the rest of the 3 we bought all 4 tires and almost $1600.00 later my question is, how does a dealership in good conscience sell a car that is unsafe? UPDATE, No one from this company has reached out to my wife or myself, sadly.
