- JLJenny Lee2 days ago5.0Rael did a great job taking care of us. She even queued up the paperwork so my partner and I could pop in and add a driver to the rental. I vaguely remember her doing a bunch of tasks at once and just carving out the time to honor our requests. Everyone at this location is super nice actually. Iād definitely try to rent a car here first the next time I need one.
- OPOlen Peaden4 days ago1.0Wouldn't use them again picked the car up with gas in between 0 quarters of a tank then when I returned that said I picked it up full my agreement didn't state how much gas was there when I picked it up .so I suggested to ALL people renting a car from the to take pictures of the milage and gas

- JMJohn MartinMar 11, 20261.0At THIS BRANCH/OFFICE/LOCATION I experienced one of the worst if not the worst example of shitty customer service I've even been a part of. Flat out lied on the phone, etc. I was told to go to this location to pick up a vehicle, since the one I was driving, was having issues. Get there, they have ZERO vehicles available, I couldn't believe it. They did absolutely nothing to assist with my situation. Didn't expect that from ENTERPRISE!
