- PDPat DonovanMar 25, 20261.0Enterprise is a scam. They rented a car to us and my mom drove it less than 50 miles while her car was being fixed in Bradenton Florida. When returned, the shady sales person went out and checked the car. He reentered the store within 2 minutes and said it was damaged. I disputed it and wanted to take pictures. I went out and could NOT find the damage so I went back in. The sales guy said it was the front grill. So I told him to show me. The front grill fin had been clean cut at one point. This was NOT our damage. This is common when plastic gets brittle (Florida sun) and pressure washed too closely. There was zero damage caused by anyone… otherwise it would be dented/ other damage. They knew it was damaged already probably from THEIR detailer and then pinned it on the next elderly person to blame them. There is no way he could find that “damage” in 2 minutes. He knew already… and is trying to scam us. I asked if he had pictures of the undamaged grill before we rented it and he said: No, that’s your responsibility. Ummm how do if we never noticed it in the week we had it? Duh! Total scam and horrible experience. I will NEVER use this Enterprise or ANY OTHER ONE again, especially in Bradenton Florida on 14th Street! Total SCAM to get their car fixed on someone else’s dime!
