  Outstanding Service for me! Last week my car was in the shop and I needed a rental. I called them and was able to pick up a car within the hour! I originally rented it for 2 days but when it was clear my car was not going to be done in time, I called them and was able to keep the same daily rate as first 2 days. Drop off was fast and easy.

  We had an excellent customer service experience here! We rented a vehicle with all the paperwork done but then decided it was just too small for a long distance trip...the person helping us was Hannah she heard us discussing this and said "no worries I can help you guys with that!" She switched out the vehicle with ease and mde everything such an easy process. The car was sizable, clean and fuel efficient! Hannah was a really nice lady who was very personable and professional! We would definitely rent here again.

  Rented a car here for a couple of times. A really good branch to rent a car. The location has a good accessibility. All the staff members were real nice and polite. Their service was real quick and prompt. A special mention to Hannah, she provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect rental experience.🙌🏻

  It’s my own fault for giving enterprise a second chance. Every SINGLE time I attempt to rent from this particular location, I experience NOTHING but incompetence, lack of integrity, and complete disregard for being a paying customer. This last and final time I reserved a luxury full size SUV FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE, the day of pickup, 20 minutes before my appointment time, they call to tell me the vehicle I reserved isn’t available and won’t be until 12:30 pm. What a heads ups. If you travel and have a strict schedule to follow you can see how this would be incredibly inconvenient, and frustrating, and absolutely not an option. However, enterprise could care less. Particularly one employee, Hannah, refused to call the other locations in the area to make sure there were no other acceptable vehicles for me to rent, told me to my face it was a waste of my time, and then when I asked for the first vehicle she recommended to replace the full size SUV it magically wasn’t available anymore either. Then they have the audacity to attempt to change full price for the vehicle I didn’t even ask for. Save yourself time, headaches, and stress and just go somewhere else for a rental. I will NEVER use enterprise again. This whole company is a scam.

  The thought of renting a car can be daunting. This location specifically and enterprise turned that feeling around. Thankfully it was a seamless experience from booking to picking up and drop off.
