They are more concerned about selling additional services than completing the one you are already paying for. They didn’t check our air pressure, add washer fluid or add transmission fluid (sealed transmission) as they claim and marked on the receipt. There were 5-6 guys working but spent more time walking around than simply getting the work done. I will be taking my cars elsewhere from now on, it was good while it lasted.

Seemed to be inexperienced and nobody anxious to help him. Finally someone else came over and quickly installed my oil filter for him. Seemed like there was only one person that knew what he was doing. Left after politely being cashed out I think they called it. Pulled out to the second traffic light down the highway to find smoke and stink of oil burning under the hood. Thought it was oil spilled on Engine and it would quickly go away so I kept going home. Almost home and my check engine light comes on. Pull into my driveway and the engine fan wouldn't turn off. Halloween night so neighbors were all out and one knew about cars. An hour later found plug on air filter cover not plugged in. Engine fault code of P0097 that needed to be cleared. Ruined my night running around dealing with these issues created by Valvoline oil change. Oh and let's not forget all the black hand prints on my white car. Everyone was polite, but this location needs closed until these guys receive more training, before someone loses an Engine for doing business with Valvoline.
