The tech told me my drain plug was over-torqued from the last service and too tight to remove. Then the manager, Eric, went under the car and suddenly claimed it was “free spinning on arrival,” which completely contradicted what his own employee had just said. After I pointed out that this exact location did my previous oil change, their story changed and no one took responsibility. Eric also assured me that my vehicle was not leaking oil before I left, but when I got home that same afternoon, I found fresh oil drips in my driveway. I now have a $2,809.29 repair estimate to replace the oil pan. Corporate later closed my claim calling it “wear and tear,” which is absurd there were no leaks or issues before this visit. If Valvoline doesn't make this right I will be considering legal action just to get them to cover the damages they caused. Terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle or expect honesty.

I have found that some places (especially chains) can provide great customer service at least once or twice, but to have received the same high level of service on multiple visits seems a bit rare these days. On todays visit I was greeted by the regional manager - Marco - as well as the location manager - Eric. I took the time to let them both know what a great job the team there was doing.
