I called down to Tracker Bradenton in hopes they might have a junk parts motor lying around. I was in need of an ECU for my Optimax. I was greeted on the phone by Austin, the Service Manager, and right away I could tell I was in good hands. While my search came up short, and I didn’t end up buying anything that day, I still received world-class customer service. Austin took the time to explain my options, shared his knowledge, and was upfront and honest the entire way through. No pressure, just genuine advice. That really stood out to me, and I left the call feeling thankful for the help. I’m already looking forward to coming back and seeing Austin when it’s time to repower my Proline center console, which is looking like sooner than later.

My wife and I recently brought our boat down from Ohio. It has an inboard motor, 24’ Chaparral and was looking to trade it in on a tritoon with an outboard motor. I stopped up and went over what we needed to do to get it appraised. Brought it up the next day dropped it off and they said they would need two days to do the appraisal. Once they went over there and they would have to send all the information up to corporate and then corporate would give a final number. This was Wednesday and said we could pick it up on Friday. When I came up Friday to get the boat and talk about numbers, they informed me that someone left the kill-switch on and the battery is dead and it must have a dead cell because they couldn’t get it started after being on a charger all night Thursday. I asked them why didn’t they call me because the battery is two months old with a 12 month warranty and I would have swapped out for a new one. Then they proceeded to tell me that they could just use a shop battery, but I can pick the battery up Monday to take and swap it because they are short staffed in the service area and they would keep it over the weekend and a secure garage. When I called Monday to make sure it was ready for pick up, they informed me that it would not be ready until Thursday. That following Friday, which was 10 days later after I drop the boat off, they said they have the information and should have a price for us soon, Today is Thursday of the following week still have not heard from them so I called them and asked what was going on. Not only they informed me that they’re not gonna give us a appraisal on the boat, they also told me that the keys to the boat are sitting on the salesman desk. So I had to make arrangements to go back up there to get the keys to the boat which I find unbelievable. From poor communication, to misinformation, to not even given an appraiser for the boat, I strongly recommend you do not use this office or this company if they’re going to treat potential customers that’s looking to drop $100,000 on a tritoon. Take your business elsewhere Lastly, when I did pick the boat up, they did tell me seems that the battery is working fine now?? Was all that just a scam because they didn’t want to do the appraisal and they tried to blame me that the boat wasn’t starting ? How can I go from a dead cell to “Hey, everything is fine now”.

Great place to do business. Our salesman Carl was so informative and made sure all of our questions were answered. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you.
