  I was traveling from South Carolina and my car started running hot. These guys fixed my car and helped me tremendously with the price and made sure my car was safe for me to return home. The best service at a car shop I have ever had. Thank you Joe and Grady

  Have a newer model auto that advised me that my brake light was out. Second one in a month. Both times I took my vehicle to my Tire Kingdom store. Ed, the manager, told me that he would try to get to it as soon as as possible. Within a half hour, I was on my way! I’ve been a customer at this store for more than 25 years and service has always been excellent but this guy is outstanding!!!!

  I came in with a flat tire and the manager went above and beyond. Took extra time to track down a very small hole that could’ve easily been missed. Also, let me know what I need to get done and the price. Super helpful, honest, and professional. Great customer service . I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend this shop.

  Went to them the other day to get one of my tires patched since it had an ongoing leak. The team in there found that I had 3 nails in 3 individual tires. They removed each nail, and patched each tire all for what I was expecting to pay for just 1 tire patch. Staff is friendly and timely. Will be returning again for future services.

  I called this location in advance and made an appointment to replace three tires. I was given a total price including tax, and the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was greeted by Jonathan. After handing over my keys, I asked approximately when my car would be ready so I could plan my return. He told me they were busy and that they would start working on my car about an hour later. I asked why I needed an appointment if, despite arriving on time, there was still a waiting period. Jonathan became defensive and responded that they were busy, comparing it to waiting at a doctor’s office. I explained that I had an appointment at Walmart the day before and they took my car immediately at the scheduled time. Jonathan then spoke to me rudely and told me to take my car and leave if I was not satisfied. Despite his attitude, I left my car there because I needed the work completed that day as planned. When I returned later, Jeff was also present. At that point, I was presented with the final bill, which included an unexpected additional fee of $70 that had never been disclosed to me beforehand. I felt misled, especially since the tires were already installed and I had no practical alternative but to pay. When I questioned the charge with both Jonathan and Jeff, they became confrontational and told me to leave after paying the full amount. Based on this experience, I do not consider this a place that operates with honesty or professionalism. Customers should be aware that unexpected charges may be added, and staff behavior can be rude and dismissive. I will be reporting both Jonathan and Jeff to the main office and filing a formal complaint regarding this matter.
