- DMDaniel McCarty4 days ago1.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went to get 2 tires replaced, they told me my total was $150 more than what a worker from this location told me over the phone. After an hour and a half being worked on I walked out to my car and it had not been worked on. I told them that my car has not been serviced and they took it in and took another hour to change the tires. I then went out to my car and they had put the wrong tires on. I went back inside frustrated and said they were the wrong tires. They ordered the right tires and told me to come back in a week. When I came back in a week later they tried to tell me that there was a $170 difference I had to pay when that was not correct. Terrible experience and does not seem like a well run shop. Will not be coming back ever.

- JCJeremy CaldwellNov 5, 20252.0a family member got a tire rotation here a few weeks ago. i just went over their place to do some service on the same vehicle. their car has wheel locks on it and i loosen them by hand instead of with an impact because i have seen the wheel lock keys break off before. it was much harder than it should be to take off with an 18” breaker bar. on the non-locking ones, my gigantic impact was even struggling a little bit. i checked 3 lugnuts and they were at ~175 ft-lb of torque. i did this by setting my calibrated torque wrench to 100 ft-lb, and going up in 10 ft-lb increments until it tightened a hair more. this didnt happen until i went to 180 ft lbs. absolutely insane.
