  The 2 guys who worked on my car were awesome. Younger men. But the front desk mechanic guy was rude on the phone and in person. Short with me. Wouldn' be professional while talking and face me. He kept walking away as I was asking questions about my car and status of my car. I had to almost pry the information out of him just so I could plan my overnight work accordingly. Also witnessing him throwing a bolt or something at the wall while i was standing behind the yellow chain was interesting. Glad it didn't bounce back and damaged any vehicle or people. I did explain this to the other person on staff when I had them cash me out. He responded as usual but he was standing next to the staff member when they were rude to me. I usually use Tire Choice in Tampa near me but I needed tired next morning. First time I used Bradenton one and was hoping it would be my main tire place since I'm from Bradenton but I won't be coming back. Thank you to the 2 younger men who were VERY helpful. If it wasn't for them I would've had a completely bad time...

  Ladies Beware… This store has extremely predatory business practices towards women and they will take full advantage of you. This used to be my favorite tire shop in town but it seems they recently changed management and things have really gone downhill. I came in May for an oil change, replaced all my rotors, alignment and breaks. No complaints. Came back again in October and purchased 2 front tires with road hazard and immediately after I left my car began making a loud thumping sound, as if my tires weren’t balanced. I called the store and made an appointment to come back. When I arrived, Victor, the store manager had no idea I was coming, even though I scheduled it in advance. They “ evaluated” my car for a good 30 seconds and came back with an estimate for $981, to replace the front wheel bearings, stating it had nothing to do with the tires being replaced, and that they didn’t even align or balance them. He then proceeded to tell me ,I also needed an oil change, even though I’ve probably only driven it less than 1,000 miles in the last six months. He said he personally sat in my backseat while the mechanic drove so he could hear the noise, which I flat out knew was a lie because my backseat was full of boxes and stuff to take to my storage unit. I called the corporate number and sat on hold for over 40 mins for them to tell me I’d need to get a second opinion that them not balancing my tires could cause such a noise and then send it back to them and they’d review it. They also said the store manager told them it wasn’t the front wheel bearings but now it’s both the front and back. I just find it really shady that I’ve been to this location numerous times now and spent thousands of dollars and never, have they ever mentioned my wheel bearings needing to be replaced ; but when I they put 2 brand new tires on, all of a sudden all my wheel bearings are shot and I need over $1800 worth of work done. I absolutely would not recommend spending your hard earned money here.

  Drove in on a Saturday around 3 without an appointment. Instead of being told no (which I expected) the young man at the counter was courteous and I received fast service. Highly recommend!

  It’s always refreshing to visit an establishment that provides quality, authentic, and polite customer service. Not only was the price for my service reasonable, but the job was also completed efficiently. Victor is amazing. Some people are just naturally pleasant and respectful, and he’s one of them.
