    I’ve got a nail in my tire just next to this shop. I have asked the person with the name of Daniel Acosta, claiming to be a manager if they could put a spare tire in place of the tire with the nail. For some reason, he’s decided to argue that my vehicle does not have spare tire. After I’ve showed him the spare tire, he said a technician who can do spare tire on is at lunch and will be back in 30 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes I’ve inquired how much longer. The answer was that particular technician is back from lunch. I have inquired at 1 hr 10 min again asking if they are not going to put my spare ‘on’ within next 10 minutes - I’d like to get some air to put into the tire with the nail, so I could drive to some other shop. The answer was no. So, I’ve called AAA. They arrived within 25 minutes and put my spare on within next 5 minutes. And it was no charge (I just given $20 tip to AAA guy), as opposed to $42 quoted here. I regret asking Daniel Acosta for help. I hr 10 minutes was wasted.

    Daniel Acosta provided excellent service. He quickly put air in my tires and was professional, helpful, and friendly. Really appreciate his willingness to help and great customer service!

    I did come back to get an oil change on my 2016 Hyundai the price was good the service was good everything so far was to my liking I will be back

    Tried to get my tires looked at, where I bought them originally. 1 hour past my appointment and not hope to get them looked at. Very poor counter service, bathrooms were discusting. I went to a close by location and they handled my request in 5 min. I would not go to the TC location by Speaks, go to the one west of TX Roadhouse.
