  Was very disappointed in the customer service, walked in the door and did not get agnogled. Did get a call back for completed service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I walked in the door and again was not agnogled the person at the desk was on the phone continually with out agnogment. I also did not get a receipt for the completion of the service done on my vehicle.. We have been loyal customers. But at this point we might seek service else where.

  All of the guys did a great job repairing my brake line and also replacing my front shocks which had been on there a long time. They were not easy to take off and the guy did a superb job. My truck runs and drives like when I was new I will be back.

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center (Store #1234). Brian, the store manager, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. They beat Tire Rack’s price, didn’t try to upsell me on tire hazard coverage since I already had it from a previous purchase, and gave me a great deal on tire sensors. They also did precise wheel alignment and took extra care with my older Corvette. I really appreciate the honest, top-notch service!

  Could not be happier with the service I received. Found a special on their website for four new tires went in. They went to their other location to pick them up. They did not try to do a bunch of add-ons. Did the service for what was advertised in a very Professional manor. Inquired about another service that I was looking to do. Immediately gave me a price which was considerably lower than the dealership price almost 50% cheaper so I will definitely be going back. To have some other minor service work done on my vehicle.

  This store would be great if it wasn’t for Brian, he’s the store manager, I only know that cause he yelled it at me, (as he also did at his employee shortly after) after refusing to do work on my car the second I walked into the store, I was there the day prior and spoke with several of the mechanics who stated multiple times it would be no problem to work on my car but mentioned they were booked that afternoon, and to come back today. Brian stated it was against store policy to work on my modified car, (In a very aggressive manner) but the same chain “Tire Choice” located down the complex (a brisk 1 minute drive away) greeted me with no hesitation! And referred me to victors store on state road 64 which was also a pleasure to meet! (Same chain btw Brian) And when I brought this up in both locations, they stated there was no such policy! Who would’ve thought!! I’ve spoke with corporate and they were happy to pass the correct information on to Brian! Maybe it’ll turn his “I don’t wanna have a job attitude” into a new opportunity for him to be employed somewhere he would rather be, cause that’s what I got from his attitude. So I can return here and provide them with business, cause the other locations seemed to have a lot and this one had none! You can do better Brian, I’ll be sure to come back the day you no longer work there!
