She was told that a handicap.perosn needed the bathroom and she had to leave and was to NEVER come back. We go there everyday and spend money also to get our free tier five drink. While it is understandable they don't want people washing in their bathroom and we love in our car she was NOT doing this. She was just rinsing out the bridge dodo out of her hair. She was yelled and humiliated because this lady had something against us. This manager has been rude and argumentative with me for weeks over a large drink scanning as a medium drink..she thought I entered it that way to pay the lower price but I scanned it and it ran up that way. The cups are missed labeled. The next day she called me out on it again and I tried to explain...all she said was "I dont care..just ring it up right." One the drink is free no.matter the size and two the stupid things are missing labeled. We were told that we can never come back there again. We why would I want to when we are discriminated against on a regular basis because we are homeless. My daughter being yelled at tlike that and humiliated like that was uncalled for!!! That woman does not need to be working in customer service if she can not simply talk to said customers with out assuming and yelling. When I tried to talk to her about what happened she simply told me she did not care and none of us can come back there again. Now I did loos.my cool and told her where to stick it..loudly but who wouldn't? Come on a bird crapped on my kids head as we were getting out of car. She grabbed a towel and went to rinse her hair out. I went and got a drink cleaned up some trash and she comes out a minute later crying her eyes out. Race track will never get any of our money again. Over the last few years we have spent thousands of dollars there. They won't and probably don't care about that but our communit out here ..and family which is in the hundreds won't go there either..so add that up. Wawas here we come. At least there we aren't discriminated against.
