First, we brought our conversion van in for a flat tire, and more recently we had our Mazda serviced for brakes and rotors. From the first phone call to picking up the vehicles, the staff has been fantastic — friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. In person, the team and management were especially impressive: very small-business minded, appreciative of our business, and genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to find a shop that communicates well, treats customers right, and does solid work. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local auto shop.

I showed up shortly after the store opened at 9am and was promptly greeted and accessed for what could be the problem. A little over an hour later I returned to get my car which simply needed an air valve replacement, and not a four-figure, expensive tire replacement. Very kind, honest and caring staff.

- MDMatt DuvallDec 13, 20255.0TLDR; Highly Recommend Mavis Tires, fast and friendly service and most importantly they stand behind their work. I brought my car to their store without an appointment to look at what I thought was a tire puncture. The technician did a review of the tire but explained, I would not worry about that tire, but the other one that had the belt showing! I ordered 4 new tires and they were installed the next day, however the new tire was flat. They fixed the tire and I drove home but it went flat again. This is where most stores would give up, but special shout out to Courtney who helped me get the car back to the store for further inspection. Come to find out the rim was cracked. She sent photos to a wheel repair place for me, but the rim was too damaged. I found a new rim and had it mailed to the store, but between delivery and work travel it was over a week. Courtney kept in constant contact with me via text and I'm happy to report that everything is now perfect. I truly appreciate people like Courtney and companies that stand behind their work and help you solve the problem, not just throw up their hands and say 'well we don't do wheels'. Thank you Courtney for going over and above to fix everything the right way :)
