The Guy at the counter tells me I have to make an appointment online. I can’t just walk in and make an appointment. I say I understand you may not be able to take me today but can I make an appointment for another day. He tells me ”no” I can’t do that I have to go online to do that. So I step back from the counter and go on my phone and make an appointment for same day in a half hour. (There were plenty of appointments available). I return to the counter and he tells me it hasn’t appeared in his system yet there’s nothing he can do. I say this is ridiculous can I have the mgr. He is the mgr, great can I call the District mgr of course I got a voicemail. To be fair he did call me back a day latter but he was No help. He told me I had to make an appointment online, you can’t make this up. I will never go to Mavis for anything. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I had another bad experience with another Mavis location (Parrish) more recently. The common theme is that Mavis is clueless when it comes to customer service. I don’t understand their business model and they obviously don’t need my business. If anyone sees my other posts I make a point to Not trash businesses but with Mavis I made an exception. Save yourself some trouble go to Firestone

Tyler at the front desk was very patient as well as young, who fixed my brakes and took me in the back to inform me and show me what the issue was. I definitely recommend.
