I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and to have a coolant leak checked. The visit took approximately an hour and a half, which felt excessive for the services performed. Unfortunately, the coolant issue was not properly identified during the visit. I later discovered that the leak was coming from a faulty reservoir cap seal. I feel something that simple should have been caught during inspection. Additionally, the vehicle’s oil life monitor was not reset after the oil change. As a result, my car began alerting me that it needed an oil change despite being only about 1,000 miles into the new oil change. What was most frustrating was not just the time spent, but the lack of attention to detail on fairly basic steps that customers rely on a professional shop to handle correctly. That said, after I left my initial review, management reached out promptly, offered to refund the oil change, and addressed the issue with the oil sensor. I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to make things right, which is why I’ve updated my rating. I hope this location continues to improve quality control and consistency so future customers don’t experience similar issues.

Instead of upselling me, they took a look and told me they could simply patch my tire. It saved me so much time and money. It’s hard to come by honest people in this industry anymore, but these guys are the real deal. The store was spotless, and the staff was so polite and professional. Truly a 5-star experience!
